Position: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Exeter 
Duration: Permenent
Hours: 35 Hours Per week
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

Purpose of the Role: 

• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Chartered Legal Executive to lead and expand our thriving private client team in Exeter. 

• Handling a manageable caseload of sale and purchase files, from inception to completion
• Checking freehold and leasehold titles, raising enquiries and reporting to clients
• Dealing with sale enquiries
• Reviewing searches and mortgage offers and reporting on your findings
• Exchange and completion formalities
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents throughout the transaction

• You will be an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX/Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner, confident dealing with a broad range of files
• Able to title check and dealing with technical aspects of the case
• Confident user of a case management system
