Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Senior Private Client Lawyer to join their team based in Devon. 

Position: Senior Private Client Solicitor      
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience    
Location: Devon     
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Oversee a high-quality legal service by managing a team of lawyers and support staff. 
• Develop client relationships to grow the department. 
• Manage a complex caseload. 
• Complete business development work. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of Private Client law. This includes probate, estate administration, tax planning, wills and trusts. 
• Proven track record of success. 
• Excellent leadership skills with strong communication. 
• Able to make a significant impact on a company.
