Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Local Authority, who are looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator to join their team based in Kent 
   
JOB DETAILS
PAY RATE: £14 - £16 per hour  
WORK TYPE: Permanent
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: Kent 
   
JOB SUMMARY
A Care Coordinator who not only supports our clients but can lead and support our care staff with professionalism and heart.

  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Place service users at the heart of care delivery
• Write and regularly update person-centred care plans
• Audit daily electronic care records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain care rotas to ensure continuity of care

  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT/computer skills
• Leadership experience or aptitude
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Willingness to cover care calls as needed
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
