PAY RATE: £40,000 Annual Salary

JOB SUMMARY
Operations Manager to ensuring that the individuals who use our services
receive great enabling support, from a team of highly trained and engaged staff, in environments that are comfortable and homely. 
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Supporting to Service Managers / Service Leads and/or Senior Support Workers through effective recruitment and selection, coaching and performance management as well as support to manage their team. 
• Monitor and report on compliance with health, safety and security regulations and requirements
• Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to promote the individual’s choice about their care and support
• Monitor and report on service delivery taking into consideration that services are designed
  and reviewed to promote and maximize the achievement of the best possible outcomes for everyone
    

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in adult social care.
• Knowledge of legislation pertaining to people with disabilities, care leavers and people living with learning disabilities/mental health issues/physical disabilities
• Experience leading and managing teams.
