About the Role We are seeking a Electrician to join our Wiltshire based client

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with I.E.E. wiring regulations (including Part P).
• Conduct fault finding on single-phase and three-phase installations.
• Carry out testing and inspections of electrical systems and appliances.
• Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and complete necessary documentation.
• Complete electrical installation certificates, including minor works.
• Carry out electrical installation condition reports and ensure safety standards are met.
• Replace or install showers, immersion elements, electric heating systems, and domestic heating controls.
• Maintain van stock to enable quick and efficient repairs during visits.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained and report urgent repairs or defects to the Qualifying Supervisor.
• Update records daily, documenting the work carried out, time taken, and any follow-up actions needed.

• Electrical Qualifications:
  
  • C&G (2330) Essential
  • C&G (2382) Essential
  • C&G (2391) Desirable (or equivalent)
• Proficient in electrical installations and fault diagnosis in domestic properties.
• Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Competent in using mobile technology (smartphones, PDAs) for scheduling, emailing, documentation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of industry standards and the ability to work according to manufacturers’ guidelines.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and various stakeholders, including vulnerable or challenging individuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other trades and contribute to team success.
• Full UK driving license and ability to drive company vehicles.
