Position: HR Business Partner
Rate: £29.66 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (3.5 Months) with Possible Extension

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide expert advice and strategic support across case management and change implementation. This role is crucial in ensuring our HR service standards are met while handling complex cases and supporting key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, expert HR advice to Directorate Management Teams and managers, with a focus on complex case management.
• Support the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in managing high-profile HR cases and leading change management initiatives.
• Deliver KPI reports on employee relations (ER) and HR case management data, identifying trends and insights.
• Facilitate and actively participate in Directorate Management Team meetings.
• Organize and provide guidance on appeal panels, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Attend and advise at Directorate Joint Committee (DJC) meetings and other relevant forums.
• Supervise and support the HR Consultant in HR case management and policy-related functions, acting as an escalation point for complex queries.
• Collaborate with the HRBP (Policy & Review) to review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Advise management teams on people-related matters, ensuring alignment with HR service standards and best practices.
