Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a top 25 CPA and business advisory firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their team based in the Tulsa area.
  
JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: $120,000 - $160,000  
• WORK TYPE: Permanent
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: Tulsa, Oklahoma 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• Collaborate with employees to guarantee that business and individual tax returns are filed accurately and on time.
• Before releasing tax returns to customers, review, approve, and sign them.
• Help a staff member advance their career by serving as a coach or mentor to help them enhance their talents.
• Ask the customer for any pertinent tax-related information so that an appropriate tax return can be produced.
• Examine tax circumstances from a variety of perspectives to make sure the most tax benefit is utilised.
• Make connections, cultivate a network, and draw in new business or clients for the firm.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Accounting Bachelor's Degree
• EA or CPA license
• Public accounting experience
