Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client in Project Officer (Public Health - Sexual Health), are looking for an experienced Project Officer (Public Health - Sexual Health) to join their team and play a crucial role in their public health operations. 

Position: Project Officer (Public Health - Sexual Health)
Rate: £22 per hour (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (March 2025) with Possible Extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping to oversee the effective delivery of a £10m portfolio of sexual health services and working to improve health outcomes and tackle health inequalities for more than 1.6 million people living and working in Kent. 
• The role will be to develop, support, monitor and review a number of pieces of work across public health, with a focus on sexual health, but with opportunity to contribute to district-level working and health protection efforts also.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within the public sector or equivalent. 
• At least 1 year experience within a Project Officer (Public Health - Sexual Health) or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Skilled in the use of data to inform policy and programmes. 
• Ideally you will have a public health qualification, be skilled in project management, and have experience of working in a multidisciplinary team.
