Position: People Partner
Rate: £45,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
     
Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Director of People, this role will lead on the people and culture function across the organisation.
• Support the implementation and delivery of an exceptional people and culture function across the organisation.
• The new CEO is firmly committed to people and culture as a key pillar for the organisation. 
• This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a forward thinking, influential HR Director to develop and implement people and culture strategies, gain invaluable exposure in strategic and leadership skills in HR and work alongside in a passionate and inspiring charity

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a Charity or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years’ experience within a HRBP/HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
• Previous work experience, in particular gained within a Human Resources environment. 
• Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), in particular when resolving complaints and other matters.
