Rate: £40,482.00

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Surveyor to oversee and manage planned programmes of energy efficiency works across all regions. This role involves contract management from inception to completion, including supplier performance monitoring and ensuring adherence to standards in audit, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Principal Surveyor to deliver excellent results.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Ideally, you’ll have a technical qualification (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, Planning, or a similar field. Alternatively, extensive experience (6+ years) in this sector will also be considered.
• Proficiency in project management techniques, including overseeing multi-trade contracts from offer to closure.
• Experience in conducting domestic and commercial building surveys and providing expert advice on construction defects and disrepair
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining performance and budget targets.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office, and the ability to work across various systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing remedial actions within contracts.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet customer expectations, performance standards, and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Confident in communicating complex information to diverse audiences, including contractors and customers, both verbally and in writing
• Adaptable communication style to suit different situations and stakeholders.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
