JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £28 - £32 per hour
• WORK TYPE: Temporary
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: North London  

JOB SUMMARY
The Qualified Adult Social Worker operating within a multidisciplinary environment to provide appropriate, professional Social Work support for vulnerable young people, adults with physical and sensory impairment, learning disability, and autism and careers with a focus on meeting the social care outcomes as articulated in the Department of Health’s Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework. Working with SEND and health services participate in Education, Health and Care Plan process and reviews
 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Registered as Social Worker with the General Social Care Council
• Educated to a degree level with a relevant professional qualification in social work
• Relevant experience of operating effectively as a practicing Social Worker with a similar client group
