Position: Property Manager
Contract Duration: 3 - 6 months (with possible extension)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
   
   
Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging own diary to ensure valuations are completed within agreed SLA timescales.
• Calling tenants to make appointments to visit their home.
• Provide a market valuation for the property to enable an offer to be made for the Right to Buy process.
• Identify and highlight any resident improvements or repairing issues that may impact the valuation.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years’ experience within a Property Manager role or equivalent.
• Previous work experience, in particular gained within a housing  environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), in particular when resolving complaints and other matters.
