Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Southwest England, are looking for an experienced Senior Admin Support Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Safeguarding Adults operations. 

Position: Senior Admin Support Officer
Rate: £17 per hour (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (April 2025) with Possible Extension
Work Pattern: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a complex area of administration, taking ownership and responsibility for the end-to-end processes.
• Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders including escalated issues, taking responsibility for satisfactory resolution.
• Provide information, data and advice on complex business support matters and carry out, monitor and reconcile financial transactions.
• May supervise, direct or provide guidance to staff including allocating and checking work.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years’ experience within a Senior Admin Support Officer or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Working primarily with the MASH (Multi-Agency-Safeguarding-Hub).
