Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Local Authority, who are looking to recruit an experienced Non-Violent Resistance Consultant / Practitioner to join their team based in London. 
   
JOB DETAILS
PAY RATE: £20 -£24 per hour (Perm salary on available request) 
WORK TYPE: Temporary
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: London 
   
JOB SUMMARY
The Non-Violent Resistance Consultant / Practitioner work with families to address a range of behaviors, including: Violence, Risk-taking, Aggression, Self-destructive behavior, and Controlling behavior. 
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Creating better relationships with families and communities, where there is harmful behaviour. 
• Dealing with victims of crime 
• Focus on Delivery of the child, adolescent to parental violence.
• Dealing with abuse programme which incorporates non violent resistance approach   

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience working in a domestic violence team 
• Experience of working with Parents, or Families, Children, Young People and Service Users.
• Experience of delivering trauma informed work and/or domestic abuse interventions or case work.
