• PAY RATE: £500 - £600 Per Day DOE
• WORK TYPE: Temporary  
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: West London

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:  

• To provide the most important results for the Borough and its citizens by exercising excellent operational leadership in a service area
• To provide the services, maximising effectiveness, value for money, and cost reduction while promoting performance and managing service-related initiatives in compliance with expectations
• To manage and lead our personnel in an inspiring and successful manner.
• To guarantee a business-oriented approach to service, contractor, and supplier management
• To promote ongoing service development and improvement by utilising best practices, cutting-edge methods, and approaches
• To support and contribute to the Council's broader business and political interests, as well as its strategic goals both inside and across its service areas and on Council-wide projects as needed.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• The capacity to blend good operational experience with inventiveness and vision in a service setting
• Capacity to use sound judgement under time and resource constraints while taking conflicting demands into account
• Excellent practical knowledge of current best practices for providing frontline customer support is displayed.
• Evidence of practical experience and comprehension of the operational concerns that could affect service delivery
• Evidence of simplifying, enhancing, and maximising the use of contemporary technologies in the administration of intricate systems and procedures for providing customer service
• Outstanding practical expertise and adherence to laws necessary for providing effective services
