JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Handle a busy caseload, liaising with supervisors to manage this. 
• Develop professional relationships with clients in order to provide them with an excellent service. 
• Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork. 
• Provide support to other team members where required. 
• Offering advice and support to clients. 

• Previous experience within a Commercial Property Department (minimum 3 years). 
• Strong communication and client facing skills. 
• The ability to manage your own caseload. 
• Effective organisation and time planning to meet targets.
