Are you a skilled Organisational Development Consultant seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to work with a local authority?
Join a dynamic team in Essex and play a key role in shaping the future of public infrastructure projects!
   
Position: OD Consultant
Rate: £350 per hour
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
   
   
Key Responsibilities:

• Influence and drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning interventions and initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness and performance.
• Identify, design and deliver people learning activities and interventions which integrate leading-edge approaches in learning and development.
• Proactively contribute to the management and development of the learning management system to increase utilisation, improve learner engagement and user experience and demonstrate measurable impact for individuals, teams and the organisation as a whole.
• Work collaboratively with key teams across People & Organisation Development to strengthen our approach to internal mobility (e.g., secondments, projects, short term assignments) to enable the development of talent and transfer of expertise across the organisation.
• Enhance organisational excellence by facilitating and delivering transformative Management and Leadership development courses.

  
Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years’ experience within a HR Consultant role or equivalent.
• Previous work experience, in particular gained within Organisational Development. 
• Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), in particular when resolving complaints and other matters.
