Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Housing Association, who are looking for a Partnership Housing Coordinator to join their team based in West Yorkshire. 

Position: Partner Housing Coordinator     
Rate: £33,885 
Location: West Yorkshire          
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Build and maintain professional working relationships with partner organisations, customers and any other stakeholders, being the key point of contact and dealing with day-to-day enquiries. 
• Manage housing management contracts. 
• Ensure income and funding is maximised to the fullest extent. 
• Assist the service manager in improving services by identifying and creating action plans. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience of working in housing or care support. 
• Relevant professional qualification. 
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
