Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Private Law Firm, who are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their team in Nottinghamshire. 

Position: Employment Solicitor    
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience 
Location: Nottinghamshire         
Work Type: Permanent (with opportunity for hybrid work) 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Provide representation and advice to employees and employers on a variety of cases. 
• Work with Head of Employment to cover things such as workplace grievances, contracts of employment and discrimination. 
• Be a point of contact for clients, building relationships and working out with them the best outcome for any issues.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• At least 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level. 
• Be flexible in your approach depending on different circumstances and cases. 
• Private practice experience with a passion for representing employees.
