Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Legal Practice Firm, who are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their residential team based in Cheshire.  

Position: Conveyancing Fee Earner (Residential)  
Rate: Dependent on Experience  
Location: Cheshire    
Work Type: Permanent (with potential for Hybrid)  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, focusing on key matters such as sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages and transfers of equity. 
• Ensure compliance and due diligence is met at all times, particularly on anti-money laundering and mortgage fraud policies. 
• Always look for ways to increase business development. 
• Have a key involvement in matters such as the sale, purchase and re-mortgage of Freehold and Leasehold Properties.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Experience as a solicitor or licenced conveyancer with 2 years PQE (desired) 
• A strong background in residential conveyancing.  
• Strong communication skills.
