We are currently recruiting for a ASC Programme Manager, on behalf of our client based in London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 6 Months. 

JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £400per day Umbrella
• WORK TYPE: Temporary
• WORK PATTERN: Full Time
• LOCATION: London

• To be responsible for the support and delivery of the Programme for Learning Disability and Autism Day Opportunities, the Transitions Service Programmes and the Programme for the development of the Integration of the Learning Disability Team.
• To lead on the day-to-day delivery of the programme work streams and ensure that the work is successfully completed within budget.
• To be responsible for the design of structures, and reporting.
• To build strong relationships across services, with a range of stakeholders and partners and enable the collaborative process of culture and practice change.
• We are looking for someone who exhibits confidence and leadership, engages emotionally and can show evidence of influencing key people.
• To coordinate and present the program's highlight reports and analysis to senior executives and elected members using the programme governance and other existing governance structures.
• Provide Programme/ Project Plans and Project Initiation Documentation.
• Ensure effective communications to a wide range of stakeholders including structured communications plans and materials.

• Must have strong experience in programme management including within the health and social care sector.
• Must have knowledge of Learning Disabilities and / or Autism. 
• You will need to be educated to a higher level (degree level qualification or equivalent) or have relevant experience in programme management or transformation and change management.
• Must have excellent programme management skills.
• Must have good working knowledge of financial systems.
