Your New Role
As an investor relations advisor, your role will encompass both client development and client delivery, the best of both worlds.  You'll utilize your corporate finance/broking/investor relations background to engage with both existing and new contacts offering a retainer based outsourced service model.  historically the firm has enjoyed success in the junior mining space, though if your network is microcap ASX, all industries can be considered.  Enjoy the benefits of an in-house administrative, design and video production team to support your clients communication requirements to investors.  

Business Development (20%):

• Manage and support a portfolio of ASX-listed clients
• Engage with brokers, analysts, and investors
• Continuously network/prospect with key executives in target companies
• Follow up on enquiries and leads provided by the company
• Bring your current network/contacts with you

Investor Relations (80%):

• Develop and refine company messaging, investor narratives, and market positioning
• Draft and review ASX announcements, investor presentations, and shareholder communications
• Stay up to date on market happenings and have awareness of industry trends and norms
• Advise your Clients on investor sentiment, market dynamics, and shareholder behaviour
• Support Client strategy for capital raising and investor engagement
• Contribute to the creation of digital content including:
  • Video updates
  • Audiograms and podcasts
  • Webinars and social media content

Your Profile/Experience
This advisory's value proposition is their experience, to join this team you'll need to have relevant working experience in stockbroking, ASX equities markets, with demonstrated insight into investor behaviour, broker networks and market dynamics.  You have excellent formal writing and verbal communication skills required of professional investor relations content creation.  You are a confident, commercially minded individual, self-starting, proactive and passionate about financial markets, particularly the micro-cap and junior listed space aligned to the role.  You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in corporate finance, investment banking, stockbroking or related discipline, and the ability to generate revenue.  You possess a high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and operate with urgency & accountability.
