The Role
 
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering CyberCX's managed security services, working across pre-sales strategy, solution design, and service innovation.

You'll partner closely with customers and internal teams to design solutions that are both technically robust and commercially compelling.
 
What You'll Do

• Lead the development of innovative managed security service proposals and tenders
• Work closely with customers and account teams to:
• Understand business and technical requirements
• Translate needs into tailored CyberCX solutions
• Develop compelling RFP/RFI responses
• Scope and design end-to-end security solutions, including:
• SIEM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Splunk, CrowdStrike NGSIEM)
• EDR/XDR solutions (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Cortex, CrowdStrike)
• Vulnerability management (e.g. Tenable, Qualys)
• Broader capabilities across threat intelligence, cloud security, and data protection
• Deliver client presentations and produce high-quality solution documentation
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of CyberCX's managed services portfolio

 
What You'll Bring

• Experience in solution architecture / pre-sales within cyber security or adjacent domains
• Strong understanding of modern security technologies and platforms
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Commercially minded with experience in solution selling / bid environments
• Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Vendor certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Palo Alto, Splunk, CrowdStrike) highly regarded
