MICM (or MICS) is recruiting customer-focused people to join our Concierge and Building Services teams across high-rise residential properties in Melbourne. Casual, part-time and full-time opportunities are available across day, afternoon and night shifts. 

These roles are at the front line of the resident experience. Duties may include welcoming residents and visitors, assisting with enquiries and access, communicating building updates, supporting contractors and deliveries, monitoring common areas, escalating building or security issues, and helping the building team respond calmly when something does not go to plan. 

What we are looking for 

• Strong customer service experience from residential, hotel, hospitality, security, property, facilities, retail or another service environment. 
• Professional, calm and approachable communication. 
• Good written English and the ability to prepare clear resident notices and messages. 
• Sound judgement about what can be resolved, what must be escalated and when safety comes first. 
• Confidence using computers, email, messaging systems and basic building or service platforms. 
• High-rise residential experience is highly regarded. 
• Reliability, punctuality, presentation and the ability to work independently as part of a broader team. 
• Availability across one or more day, afternoon and night shifts, including rostered weekends and public holidays where required. 

How the group recruitment process works:

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a group assessment centre consisting of a short introduction, an individual customer-service introduction, a brief written assessment and a small-group scenario exercise.
