About the Role
As a Property Consultant, you'll be the face of our business, assisting prospective renters and buyers while developing your knowledge across leasing, property marketing and residential real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
• Assist prospective tenants and buyers in finding the right property
• Respond to enquiries and follow up leads
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing journey
• Learn property marketing, campaign management and industry best practices
• Support the wider team with day-to-day property operations
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping people.

To be successful, you will have:

• Agents Representative Certificate 
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional presentation and customer-first mindset
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles
• Availability to work weekends (with a weekday day in lieu)
