With a team of over 100 team members allows us to provide 24/7 service across multiple locations.. we’re not just maintaining buildings - we’re creating communities!

We’re on the hunt for a visionary General Manager to lead our Building Management & Concierge division into its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO and part of our executive team, this role is perfect for a people-focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a large, diverse team of Concierge and Building Managers
• Driving performance, profitability and service excellence across multiple sites
• Building strong client relationships, attending Owners Corporation meetings, and delivering service standards that exceed expectations
• Preparing annual business plans, budgets, and reports to guide long-term success
• Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation
• Playing a key role in new business proposals and growth opportunities
• Requirement to be contactable outside of business hours to support the team with out of the ordinary circumstances 

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership of large, multi-site teams (Hospitality, Client Services or Property a plus)
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident presenting to stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to influence and inspire
• Knowledge of Owners Corporation operations highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality or Hotel Management a bonus
• Ability to be flexible outside of business hours in exceptional circumstances
