About the Role MICM Property is seeking an experienced Owners Corporation/Strata Manager to manage a premium Tier 1 portfolio across Melbourne's CBD and inner city.

With more than 34 years of experience, MICM has established itself as a specialist in Melbourne's inner city apartment market, with expertise across sales, leasing, property management, Owners Corporation and insurance.

In this role, you will take ownership of your portfolio and act as a key point of contact for Owners, Committees, Building Managers, contractors and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for the effective financial, operational and compliance management of your properties while building strong, long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a premium portfolio of Tier 1 residential properties across Melbourne's CBD and inner city
• Act as the key point of contact for Owners, Committee members, Building Managers, contractors and other stakeholders
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial statements and sinking funds
• Organise and chair AGMs, Committee and Special Meetings
• Manage maintenance, contractors, insurance claims and property issues
• Oversee Building Managers, Caretakers and Concierge services
• Ensure compliance with Victorian Owners Corporation legislation and relevant procedures
• Manage breaches, work orders, owner applications and general portfolio enquiries
• Build strong, long term relationships with Owners and Committees
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and portfolio outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure actions and follow ups are completed

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in Owners Corporation or Strata Management
• Strong knowledge of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation
• Experience managing budgets, financials and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident problem solver who can take ownership of issues
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities
• Current Victorian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to attend occasional meetings outside standard business hours
• SCA accreditation or relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous
