The Opportunity

Erilyan’s eighth collaborative project with long-term partner Equinix resulted in an award-winning extension to the existing SY5 Data Centre. This complex build involved the delivery of four integrated data halls and a new post-tensioned structure, all while maintaining zero disruption to the existing facility. As we continue to grow our presence on site with the next stages of delivery, we are looking for a HSEQ Manager to join the team in Alexandria.


In this role, you will support the delivery of HSEQ requirements on site by:

• Ensuring project teams implement HSEQ on site in compliance with the Erilyan Management System plans.
• Participating in and representing the company, providing support to projects on HSEQ matters for individual and regional client organisations as required.
• Contributing to a company culture and environment that minimises risk on site and work towards our goal of “Zero Harm” in respect of HSEQ.
• Providing advice to the project team and feedback to senior management in all matters relating to HSEQ.
• Promoting initiatives and fostering a proactive, positive site culture in relation to HSEQ, keeping all reportable and trackable injury rates below the acceptable levels outlined by the OFSC.

Your Skills and Experience

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience as a HSEQ Manager in the Building and Construction industry.
• You hold a Certificate IV in OHS Management.
• You have experience with AS/NZS 4801, ISO standards, and quality assurance accreditation processes.
• You hold a White Card and current First Aid Certificate.
• You have experience working with OFSC requirements.
