The Opportunity
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our project team based in Norwest, Sydney, this a flagship data centre campus built for the future of cloud and AI. With up to 96MW of total capacity, fast go live capability, and the flexibility to support everything from air cooled racks to leading edge liquid and immersion cooling, SYD1 is designed to scale with next-generation workloads. Backed by a strong sustainability focus delivering industry leading efficiency, low water use and reduced emissions SYD1 offers a rare opportunity to be part of a high impact project shaping Australia’s digital infrastructure.
You will play a key role in ensuring the commercial objectives of the project are delivered successfully by:
- Participating in scope of works planning to minimise gaps, achieve cost efficiencies, and assess subcontractor capabilities.
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process for sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring contracts, risk management, and compliance are effectively handled.
- Ensuring cost forecasting for subcontracts are accurately maintained.
- Reporting on project status including cost reports, project progress, and commercial opportunities and risks.
- Completing and negotiating final subcontractor deed of releases and head contract claims.

Your Skills and Experience - You have prior experience in Construction industry administration.
- You hold a degree in Construction, a Diploma in Building, or a Trade Qualification.
- You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your work efficiently.
- You have previously used Jobpac and ProcurePro (desirable).
