The Opportunity

Working in partnership with the base build contractor, Erilyan successfully delivered the complete fit-out of the MEL01A & MEL01B data halls, incorporating all mechanical, electrical, security, fire, and hydraulic services. This state of the art facility showcases Erilyan’s expertise in complex technical environments, and we are proud to be recognised as an industry leader in effective speed to market delivery. Working on the next stages of MEL01, we are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing team based in Truganina.

You will play a key role in ensuring the commercial objectives of the project are delivered successfully by:

• Participating in scope of works planning to minimise gaps, achieve cost efficiencies, and assess subcontractor capabilities.
• Managing the end-to-end procurement process for sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring contracts, risk management, and compliance are effectively handled.
• Ensuring cost forecasting for subcontracts are accurately maintained.
• Reporting on project status including cost reports, project progress, and commercial opportunities and risks.
• Completing and negotiating final subcontractor deed of releases and head contract claims.

Your Skills and Experience

• You have prior experience in Construction industry administration.
• You hold a degree in Construction, a Diploma in Building, or a Trade Qualification.
• You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• You have effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your work efficiently.
• You have previously used Jobpac and ProcurePro (desirable).
