 Our logistics client based in Rolleston is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. As a part of a dynamic logistics company, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team to meet and exceed expectations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Compliance: Ensure that all relevant statutes and regulations are met, and that the company fulfills its legal commitments and obligations.
• Timely Communication: Communicate effectively and promptly, enforcing all approved policies within the department.
• Customer-Focused Solutions: Drive results to find the right solutions for customers in a focused and productive manner.
• Problem Resolution: Understand and identify the underlying issues in customer complaints and resolve or escalate them in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work with fellow team members and resources to ensure all customer expectations are met.
• Data Analysis: Support the team in finding the appropriate data for analysis in various work situations.
• Customer Solutions: Assist in driving customer-focused solutions that address root causes and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Urgency and Escalation: Recognize when issues need to be escalated and find reasonable operational solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of industry practices relevant to the department and how productivity impacts the business.
• Goal-Oriented: Understand the importance of measurable goals and how they impact core financial metrics for the department.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Understanding and experience working within a computer-based WMS environment.
• Production and Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with production and inventory management.
• Customer Service Experience: A strong background in providing excellent customer service.
• EDEC Knowledge: (Not essential but advantageous)
• Logistics Experience: Previous experience working in transport, logistics, or dairy industries is preferred.
