Our client, a leading manufacturer of engineered bronze, is looking for dedicated Foundry Operators to join their team. Supplying high-quality materials worldwide, they specialize in melting and casting recycled scrap metal into premium alloys.

What You’ll Do:

•  Operate furnaces to melt and cast metal into a variety of alloys
• Work safely in a high-temperature foundry environment
• Follow production schedules and quality control measures
• Handle and transport materials efficiently
• Adhere to strict Health & Safety regulations

The company operates on a 4 on 4 off roster, 5am-5pm

What You Need:

• 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing/production (shift work preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliability and punctuality—able to work independently and in a team
• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
• A positive, can-do attitude
