- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm (finish early every Friday!)

Powder Coater As an experienced Powder Coater, you'll play an important part in the production process, ensuring fabricated components receive a durable, high-quality finish before being delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing metal products for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging components
- Applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
- Operating curing ovens and monitoring coating quality
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identifying and rectifying coating defects where required
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the powder coating area clean and organised
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working closely with the production team to meet daily production targets
What You'll Bring - Previous powder coating experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop
Press Brake Operator As a Press Brake Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machines to manufacture precision sheet metal components. Working from engineering drawings, you'll ensure all products are produced accurately and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Select the correct tooling and machine settings for each job
- Bend and form sheet metal components to specification
- Perform quality inspections using measuring equipment
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Work safely while meeting production deadlines
- Collaborate with the wider production team to achieve daily targets
What You'll Bring - Previous experience operating CNC press brake machinery
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience selecting tooling and setting up machines
- Confidence using measuring equipment to check tolerances
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
