About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to support civil construction projects. You'll be operating a range of machinery on active worksites, assisting with ground preparation and site development.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, and loaders
• Assisting with trenching, backfilling, and site prep
• Working closely with ground crews and supervisors
• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Ensuring safe and efficient machine operation

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating civil machinery
• Relevant licences and endorsements (W,T,R)
• Strong understanding of site safety requirements
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Class 2 or Class 4 licence (advantageous)
