About the Role

We are looking for reliable Civil Construction Workers / Hammer Hands to join our clients busy ground crews. This role is ideal for someone with experience in boxing, formwork, and general civil labouring.
 
Key Responsibilities

• • Perform general labouring tasks using hand and power tools, machinery, and construction equipment
  • Prepare work sites: clear areas, dig trenches, backfill, compact, and level ground
  • Install supports, boxing, and shutters for excavations
  • Load, unload, and move tools, machinery, and materials as needed
  • Maintain site cleanliness; remove debris, waste, and hazardous materials
  • Accurately record required information using electronic devices
  • Drive company vehicles in line with policies and legal requirements
  • Carry out routine vehicle and equipment checks (e.g., lubrication, cleanliness, condition)
  • Report and document any vehicle or equipment issues or safety concerns

Skills & Experience

• Experience in civil construction or concrete work
• Ability to do boxing and assist with physical work 
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Hand and power tool skills
