About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join their busy manufacturing plant. This role involves operating machinery used in the production of building components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained.
 
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable operating machinery and handling materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
• Loading and unloading materials into machines
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications
• Carrying out basic machine adjustments and checks
• Following production schedules and instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working closely with team members to meet production targets

Skills & Experience

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and production plans
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality
