We are currently seeking a Truss Fabricator to join a busy Frame and Truss team based in Bromley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Role Details:

• Monday – Friday
• 5:00am start, finishing around 2–3pm
• Based in Bromley
• Pay depending on experience

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a team manufacturing timber roof trusses and frames. The role involves working with timber, reading plans, operating machinery, and assembling components to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling and fabricating timber roof trusses
• Reading and following plans and measurements
• Operating workshop machinery and tools
• Ensuring quality and accuracy of finished products
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous truss fabrication, carpentry, or timber manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read plans (an advantage)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment
