Join an established manufacturing company in Hornby, working on site producing high-quality precast concrete products for our rural, and Infrastructure customers. This role is not just limited to precast concrete products, you could become part of the team in the precast, pipe or tank factory.

Requirements and Skills:

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods.
• Skills: Proficiency with hand/power tools, and ability to read plans would be an advantage.
• Safety: Strong focus on health and safety protocols.

What you will be doing:

• Mould Preparation: Setting up, cleaning, and oiling moulds.
• Placing Reinforcement: Placing reinforcement, or reinforcement cages into moulds.
• Placing Concrete: Pouring, vibrating, screeding and trowelling concrete.
• Stripping & Finishing: Removing finished concrete products from the moulds and doing any remedial required.
• Quality Control: Checking dimensions and ensuring compliance within specifications.
• Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
