The Role: 

Our client offers a fast-paced estimating service for a wide variety of building projects, from new single level houses through to multi-level architectural buildings.  The role will involve estimating quantities for all building materials including frames, trusses, loose timber, structural steel and hardware.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following:

• Experience in frame and truss estimation (essential)
• Good mathematical ability
• An eye for detail
• Experience with Mitek Software (Sapphire ideally)
• An understanding of residential construction and NZS 3604
• Able to work well within a team
• Commercial quoting experience or knowledge about commercial construction would be favorable but not essential

Hours/Location/Salary 
Monday to Friday
7.30am until 5pm 
Bromley 
$25-27 per hour starting rate
