Our client, based in Wigram is after a machine operator to join their manufacturing team.

The Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will ensure production lines run smoothly and products are made to the required quality standards. You will operate production machinery, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist across Production and Warehousing when needed. Working as part of a supportive production team and help meet daily production targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and become fully trained across all production workstations
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to meet hourly production targets
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team
• Comfortable completing basic paperwork and production records

Training & Shift Information Training will take place on the day shift for approximately 4 weeks. Once training is completed, you will move to the afternoon shift.

• Day Shift (Training):
  Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift (Proposed):
  2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
