We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Precast hand to join a busy team based in Rolleston. This site specializes in precast retaining walls, and you’ll be involved in all areas of the concrete production process. 

About the Role:
Working in the precast yard, your duties will include:

• Mixing, measuring, and pouring concrete into moulds
• Setting up and identifying different mould designs
• Operating a gantry crane to remove moulds from concrete and clean them
• Operating a forklift (current F endorsement and OSH required)
• General labouring, heavy lifting, and hands-on yard work
• Occasionally assisting at the Hornby warehouse, scanning and preparing orders
• Keeping track of production and communicating with team members 

About You:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
• Forklift licence with F and OSH endorsements
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willing to get stuck in and help where needed.
• If you have previous experience in supervising staff that is advantageous.
