We’re currently seeking a committed and reliable Machine Operator to join a well-regarded cardboard packaging company based in Wigram. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and build your career in a busy manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the production process, including:

• Operating machinery and ensuring smooth production flow
• Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards
• Moving materials throughout the factory (up to 20kg+)
• Assisting the manufacturing team with general production tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
• Good physical fitness – comfortable with lifting and being on your feet all day
• The ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of a Team Leader
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
