Our client is on the lookout for a Class 2 Driver to join their hardworking hydro-excavation crew in Wellington. If you’ve got solid driving experience and a great attitude, this is your opportunity to step into a role with hands-on work and ongoing development.

About the Role:

You’ll be operating a hydro-excavation truck, assisting with digging and locating underground services. The role is physically demanding and ideal for someone who’s keen to get stuck in and be an active part of the team. Previous hydro-excavation experience is a bonus—but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a Class 2 hydro-excavation truck.
• Assist with site work, including digging and clean-up.
• Perform physical labour and support the crew on-site.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain and clean equipment as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Class 2 licence with strong driving experience.
• Physically fit and happy to perform manual labour.
• Previous hydro-excavation experience is helpful but not required.
• A reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills and a focus on safety.
