Our client is looking for a skilled Precast Concrete Specialist to join their Christchurch team. This role is suited to someone with solid precast experience who can hit the ground running and take ownership of producing high-quality concrete products.

About the Role:

You’ll work with precision to prepare, pour, and finish concrete products to exact standards. This is a hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and you’ll play a key part in the production process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in the set-up, pouring, stripping, and finishing of precast products
• Operate gantry cranes (certification preferred, but training available)
• Inspect and ensure products meet strict quality standards
• Use mould oils, epoxy, and epar daily
• Contribute to the fabrication process — welding experience highly desirable
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

• Proven experience in precast concrete manufacturing
• Competent in trowelling and finishing techniques
• Welding skills are an advantage
• Great attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
