We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Class 4 HIAB Operator to join a busy and respected civil excavation company based in Christchurch.

About the Role:

This role involves operating a Class 4 truck fitted with a HIAB to transport and unload civil construction materials and equipment. You’ll also be expected to assist with site work when required, so a hands-on attitude is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Class 4 truck with HIAB for deliveries and pickups.
Assist on-site with manual labour and excavation support.
Perform daily vehicle and equipment checks.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a productive site environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Current Class 4 driver’s licence.
Valid HIAB certification with practical operating experience.
Physically fit and willing to jump off the truck to help on-site.
Civil industry experience is a bonus.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
