About the Company:
Our client is an owners corporation management business based in Melbourne’s inner south. An opportunity is available for an Owners Corporation Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and taking ownership of the day-to-day management of their portfolio.

About the Role:
This role will suit a proactive, organised professional who can balance competing priorities, communicate confidently and keep matters moving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day requirements of an owners corporation portfolio
• Building and maintaining relationships with owners, committees and contractors
• Preparing for and conducting annual general meetings and committee meetings
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor services
• Overseeing budgets and financial reporting for your portfolio
• Following up meeting actions and keeping owners and committees informed
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with relevant legislation

About You:
You bring a practical approach, clear communication and a commitment to following through. You enjoy working with people and can manage challenging conversations professionally.

You will ideally offer:

• Previous experience in owners corporation or strata management
• An understanding of Victorian owners corporation legislation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing meetings and communicating with committees
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service
