About the Role:
This full-time Property Consultant role will see you working between modern offices in the Sunbury and Gisborne areas, servicing a broad local residential market. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting and appraisals through to listing, negotiation, and successful settlement, always maintaining exceptional customer service and compliance. Day-to-day, you will build and nurture relationships, follow up buyer and vendor enquiries, conduct open homes and private inspections, and work towards clear, achievable sales targets.
