What you’ll be doing:
Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships with prompt, professional communication.
Overseeing maintenance, coordinating trades, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections and preparing detailed reports.
Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, VCAT preparation (as required), and general PM administration.
What you’ll bring:
1–3+ years’ experience in residential property management.
Agent’s Representative Certificate, reliable car, and current driver’s licence.
Calm, solution-focused communication style with strong conflict resolution skills.
Strong organisation, sharp attention to detail, and confidence with technology.
