What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships with prompt, professional communication.
• Overseeing maintenance, coordinating trades, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections and preparing detailed reports.
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, VCAT preparation (as required), and general PM administration.

What you’ll bring:

• 1–3+ years’ experience in residential property management.
• Agent’s Representative Certificate, reliable car, and current driver’s licence.
• Calm, solution-focused communication style with strong conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organisation, sharp attention to detail, and confidence with technology.
