Make a CAREER move with CPM
Broaden your client-side project management experience with our TEAM. Diverse projects. Varied client base. A culture built on collaboration, flexibility and technical excellence.
About CPM
We are CPM Advisory and Project Management, and we work with government clients to deliver infrastructure that matters to communities.
As a client-side consultancy, we're involved in projects from the early planning stages right through to delivery and handover.
Our team comes from all sorts of backgrounds: civil, mechanical, electrical and building construction professionals. We work across five main areas: Civil (Roads & Transport), Energy, Ports & Maritime, Water and Built Environment.
The projects we work on are the kinds of things you drive past or use every day: roads, rail lines, utilities, dams, marine infrastructure and civic buildings. We're there working alongside our clients to make sure these projects are built right, on time and deliver real value to our clients and the community.
As we continue to grow across Queensland, we are seeking a Project Manager based in Townsville to support clients and project opportunities throughout North Queensland.
Our values aren't just words on a wall. They genuinely guide how we work: People First, Adaptability & Technical Excellence, Collaboration and Positive Legacy.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be leading infrastructure projects for government clients.
Day-to-day, that means working with government stakeholders, consultants and delivery partners to keep projects on track, on budget and up to standard.
You'll lead project teams, manage scope and risk, and provide advice that helps clients achieve what they're trying to do for their communities.
We work with councils and government organisations at all levels. Most of our engagements involve being seconded to a client organisation where you'll work as an embedded resource.
You'll be part of a broader Queensland team while helping strengthen CPM's presence and relationships across North Queensland.
Success in this role comes down to building trusted relationships, navigating stakeholder complexities and delivering successful project outcomes.
