The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you'll work alongside clients to support the successful planning, delivery and management of infrastructure projects.

Working across a variety of clients, sectors and stages of the project lifecycle, you'll contribute to complex and often technically challenging projects, helping clients navigate uncertainty, manage risk and achieve successful outcomes.

While your day-to-day focus may be within a client team, you'll remain connected to CPM's broader network of industry professionals, providing access to collective knowledge, experience and support across the business.

About You

You are a capable and adaptable project professional who enjoys working with people, navigating complexity and contributing to successful project outcomes.

You build trusted relationships, communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to your work.

Most importantly, you are motivated to continue developing your capability, broadening your experience and contributing to meaningful work.

You'll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
• Experience supporting the planning, design, delivery or management of infrastructure, engineering, construction or capital works projects
• Experience working within consulting, engineering, construction, government, utilities, asset owner or client-side environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to build productive working relationships across clients, consultants, contractors and project teams
• The ability to navigate complexity, apply sound judgement and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
