Projects. Pathways. Opportunity.
At CPM, we partner with government agencies, asset owners and private sector organisations to help plan, deliver and manage infrastructure projects.
Our consultants provide project management and advisory services across a diverse range of clients, sectors and project environments. Depending on client needs and project lifecycle stage, this may involve planning, procurement, governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement or project leadership.
Through these client partnerships, our people build experience across different clients, sectors and stages of the project lifecycle, creating opportunities to broaden capability, strengthen professional networks and continue developing their careers.
As an employee-owned business, we believe successful projects are about more than delivery. They are about creating lasting value, strengthening client capability and leaving a positive legacy long after the project is complete.
What Makes CPM Different?
CPM brings together industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, qualifications and project experience. Our team includes professionals who have worked across consulting, engineering, construction, local government, utilities, asset ownership and project delivery.
This diversity of experience creates opportunities to learn from different perspectives, share knowledge and continue developing both technical and leadership capability.
Through exposure to a variety of clients, sectors and stages of the project lifecycle, our people continue to broaden their experience, expand their professional networks and strengthen their capability.
We invest in learning and development, mentoring, wellbeing and career experiences that support both personal and professional growth.
